Our Programs
Each program combines therapist-led groups with individual support, at the level of care that fits where you are right now.
Choosing Care
The right program depends on how much support you need right now. Intensive outpatient care (IOP) combines several group sessions each week with individual therapy, for people who need more than weekly therapy but not 24-hour care. Outpatient care is a lighter step-down that helps you stay steady.
Not sure which fits? Our admissions team will talk through your needs and help you find a starting point. If you need 24-hour support, we'll help you find a program that fits.
Conditions
Our programs focus on mental health, with trauma-informed care for adults across California.
